Through hypnosis the subconscious mind can experience and feel what it is one wants to attract. It is one thing to request a desire however; it is very different to actually live the experience. When I say, “live the experience” I mean that everything you want is here, right here and now. 

The conscious mind is very good at taking in what you want to achieve but the subconscious often puts on the breaks to your desires. The reason for this is that the subconscious has been programmed to believe all of the “I cant’s.” Most of us have grown up hearing the projections of others. We of course project our own doubts into our own belief systems sabotaging any desire before it can manifest.

You may feel as though something is right at your fingertips and all of a sudden you can hear yourself filled with doubt. This doubt is called, the subconscious and its associations.
The goal is to decide on a conscious level what it is you want. The next step is to reprogram the sub conscious mind to believe it. It is imperative to see and truly “feel” what you want. When I work with my clients we put more time and energy into how we feel. How does it feel to be living the life you want to live right now? The way you feel in no cemented into the subconscious mind which becomes your new belief!

This process is extremely detailed. While working with the client in the state of hypnosis I help the client visualize and “feel” his or her experience. Through suggestions I am able to disengage the misbeliefs that in the past have hindered desirable results. Action plans through the subconscious are implemented in a seamless natural way.

The subconscious is completely living a new reality.

I offer a six-day intensive. The subconscious mind must believe what you want in order to achieve before it can manifest. Through hypnosis, reprograming your subconscious beliefs, you are able to live in the desire you have manifested for yourself.
